Tried uncommenting (actually adding) the extensionintl.so line in php.ini, nope. It seemed to me that this would be a simple install, but I have not had any success. However, the latest version does not include the intl extension for php. I have successfully installed XAMPP on my Mac. Download the PHP latest version and perform t. Install XAMPP Mac, cant install php intl extension.
